What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
Information provided on our contact form is securely delivered to a mailbox controlled and monitored by us. We will review your enquiry and use the information only to contact you back with information related to your request and interests.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to track page activity and feed back to our google analytics service. The purpose of this is to analyse the use of the website and help improve the experience you receive.
You can disable cookies within your web browser if you do not wish us to use your data in ths way.
Analytics
We use google analytics to track the number of visitors, including return visitors, their country, method of access (smartphone, PC, Mac etc), pages accessed, and time of day they were accessed.
How long we retain your data
We keep analytical data for 26 months via our google analytics account. We do not store any data which would make you personally identifiable. We do not store IP addresses (the exception to this is we may block IP addresses from sources attacking the website, in this case we would maintainan a list of such IP addresses).
All other standard cookies by default will expire in 1 day. This default is usually configurable within your own web browser as a personal preference.
Any personal information sent to us via contact forms will be kept for the period relevant to working with you. If we cease to work with you then the data will be deleted within 1 year, unless we receive an explicit request to remove it sooner.
What rights you have over your data
We do not by default collect any personal data from you. The exception is if you provide us information via our contact form. If you have provided this information to us, you have the right to request a copy of all correspondance referencing you, and of course your right to request your data is deleted.
